Subscriptions are bought in the app through Google Play, so Google handles payment, and refunds.
Asking for a refund
Send your request to Google Play. Google decides refunds under its own refund policy, which explains what can be refunded and how to ask.
Stopping a subscription
Cancel it in Google Play, from your subscriptions in the Play Store. Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
